30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to love your Tobollo Skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we offer a full refund — no return required.
How to request a return-less refund:
- Email us at solutions@tobollo.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- We will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For physical returns of damaged or defective product:
- Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
Important:
- Returnless refunds are limited to one per customer.
- We reserve the right to deny abusive refund requests.
