At Tobollo Skincare, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened and unused items.
To initiate a return:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Email us at solutions@tobollo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked.
- Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
- Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, we will initiate a return less refund if approved.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
